I was just thinking that it Netflix can be sued under ADA for not close-captioning material that didn't provide closed captioning, then someone is eventually going to sue someone for not providing access to a public website via the only browser they can use. The real losers will probably be the public libraries that provide Internet access, but don't have the resources to afford equipment or manpower to upgrade machines and browsers.
