I feel in some regards this worry is akin to not knowing assembly. When/if it becomes good enough that the entirety of coding is abstracted away we won't care that new entrants don't understand it. Let's just not lose the documentation on how to modify/improve the AI when needed... Maybe that can be the job of a very select few. Fixing AI the way we fix robots for manufacturing.
