- tastyfreeze 2y agoCarbs are the base of civilizations. With the exception of herders or raiders every large population of humans was/is sustained by plant starches.
- dotancohen 2y agoThat actually does not refute GP, rather, it changes the conversation to "do we want to preserve civilization". The cynic would note that many have demonstrated in the past year that they are willing to sacrifice civilization.
