Very cool.
But I'm worried about this tech being used for propaganda and dis information.
Someone with a 1K computer and enough effort can generate a video that looks real enough. Add some effects to make it look like it was captured by a CCTV or another low res camera.
This is what we know about, who knows what's behind NDAs or security clearances.
- nuz 2y agoSame was thought to happen about images but it hasn't. People quickly debunk AI generated content presented as real in replies or community notes. Not a real issue.
- 999900000999 2y agoMaybe maybe not. As is simple false journalism has caused issues on Facebook in certain countries ( to put it lightly). It's only going to look more realistic in time...
