IANAL, but it's almost certainly not legal, since you are distributing things that you have no legal right to distribute (in most cases... some fonts of course might be in the public domain or give you similar rights but usually the fact that you can download something on website X does not automatically imply that you can download it and re-distribute it on another website Y) OTOH, does anyone care? I guess probably not. I mean unless you got the fonts from Adobe or MonoType or a similar high-profile font foundry or reseller, I am pretty sure that you would not get into any legal trouble. You might get some mails from people who want you to remote their fonts, but that's probably about it.
