- ram1024 18y agothe real problem is overall probability of the experiment can't be relegated to only the second choice. if it were so, then the second choice is simply a 50/50 because the goat makes no damn difference at that point. it's one or the other. whatever choice you made in the first step of the experiment has no bearing whatsoever on the probability of the second step. it's incorrect to calculate overall probability of winning as if it matters
