While serverless is an implementation detail to reduce cost, it is also a core user experience when they click the switch to be on. The section “Serverless! How?” that you referenced, aims to illustrate what a user will experience. I consider it to be a minimal learning curve, just like all new technologies. That said, how would you go about best communicating it?
