- mylastattempt 2y agoLessons learned by Adam: no more signing long term commercial real estate leases with borrowed (investment) money, whilst renting out short term. Let's try to game the residential real estate market this time. He's still valued at over $700 million net worth, so why not fool around a bit more. I for one, do not have high expectations. His style of just plowing trough and marching on got WeWork to it's impressive fast growth. Not sure he can be a regular, level headed leader of another company in a similar business without being able to be himself.
