This is the most amazing part for me:

I wonder how they managed to convince companies to add such a requirement, but it's amazing!

- dmurray 2y agoI could imagine a checkbox with something like "participates in the development of the Software" as a criterion for selecting vendors. I'm amazed they got it to be an absolute for a government body, I think it likely would not be legal in Europe.
