Oh, really cool to see my old code implemented in a different language. There is one other reimplementation, I think in C#, but that's much much more verbose. I wanted to experiment with Zig for a long time, this seems like a good opportunity to get at least familiar with it.
- AndyKelley 2y agoOh hi! Thanks for checking it out :-) Thanks for Acoustid! It's a bastion of the old guard free and open source software movement. I love that you figured out how to run the service for free for a long sustained amount of time by rate limiting it to keep the costs reasonable. Looking forward to integrating with acoustid.org in my hobby music player side project!
