The person you are replying to is what we call a 'cry-bully'.
You know when you've found one by them gaslighting you while accusing you of what they themselves are doing.
The community manager is the hateful one, and did indeed make the comments, enacted the bans, and then doubled down.
You are combating their gaslighting with facts and information, while they keep spouting nonsense and making ad-hominem attacks.

I now believe you may just be said community manager based on how out of touch with reality you are, and how aggressive and gaslighting when people post facts while posting absolutely nothing substantive yourself.
