  seems pretty official to me, its the discord the main site directs everyone to and godot made this person the moderator of. and then that person has access to block people from the official x account?

    My understanding is this was the official Discord for years until they distanced themselves from it last year. However, I don’t think there’s an official one, or at least not one that anybody uses. The community manager blocking everyone on GitHub and X for quoting their founder’s words about not lumping people into groups or staying out of politik is not the same person as the Discord mod “xananax” who was dropping slurs in 2016.     Why are you asking me? I thought I had it backwards. You clearly have an agenda with the way you're constructing your statements so let me break this down for you in little itsy bitzy bite sized pieces: The statements you're referring to were self-referential, so no one is supporting the use of the words AND no one is getting banned for using satirical jokes against themselves. The statements were made by a non-foundation member. This might be a complicated subject for you to understand, but please know I've tried my very best to make it easy for you. But hey, if you're really peeved off about it and believe otherwise, it's open source. You can leave if you want to.

      i'm not peeved off about anything, just surprised godot supports this person and allow them to go on banning spree's on their "unofficial" (pretty much official) social media's.. over comments that did not go against any guidelines, one person banned from even just quoting a godot founder. you do have it backwards so no need to break anything down to "little bit sized pieces"

        The person you are replying to is what we call a 'cry-bully'. You know when you've found one by them gaslighting you while accusing you of what they themselves are doing. The community manager is the hateful one, and did indeed make the comments, enacted the bans, and then doubled down. You are combating their gaslighting with facts and information, while they keep spouting nonsense and making ad-hominem attacks. For more on this see what happened with Sony's 'Concord'.
