If I broke the law and someone was damaged based off of the breaking of said law I should owe damages right?
- lazide 2y agoIt Depends(tm). Tort and civil law is a large speciality, and there are numerous situations where you might technically win but net zero actual damages. You’d need to talk to a lawyer to get specifics.
