As another user points out, Screenpipe currently allows users to obtain the app for free[1][2] by posting 10 times on social media. This story is not organic; it is Screenpipe scummily leveraging their client base into sneaking advertising into social media including HN. If their clients are already just leverage at the outset, I have no doubt their clients' data will just be leverage later. 1: https://screenpi.pe/onboarding https://screenpi.pe/onboarding 2: https://i.imgur.com/UvjXc1I.png https://i.imgur.com/UvjXc1I.png
