- kstenerud 2y agoIt turns out the Harvard Skills Lab test they reference is complete garbage. It's basically a memory game. Remember more of the many numbers being flashed on your screen for a few seconds, and you'll score higher. That's not how you measure skill in good management decisions and planning.
