Lots of good folks got bad news and lots of great projects lost people. Flutter and Dart were not affected any more or less that others. It was a tough day...tough week. That's the reality of things. Whatever you came up in your mind to think that laying off "lots of good folks" won't affect priority, speed and quality of a project, that's up to you. You should deal with your frustration in better ways, maybe with a specialist.
