- mlyle 2y agoNot as many as you think, because you need to have targets bigger than the ~20um wirebond wire to solder to... and the little wire and bond pad are not very tolerant of strain at all. Bonding wires to the thing in the first place easily increases its size by a couple of orders of magnitude.
