Couple left with life-changing crash injuries can't sue Uber
- lubujackson 2y agoObviously these TOS applied to conglomerate businesses are insane, but why should they be able to sue Uber instead driver who actually caused harm? I'm all for slamming corporations for their crimes, but suing whoever has the deepest pockets is another mis-assignment of justice.
