This seems so strange to me it's like people just figured out check fraud is a thing. Honestly I hope a lot of people go to jail for this kind of stuff because it is obviously stupid it's not a hack it's theft. Banks also deserves some sort of punishment as well because mobile deposits or ATM deposits should have their funds availability based upon the person's credit score. Because if the funds are made available immediately the bank is giving out an unsecured loan until the check clears.
