Ideally your court system does not permit AI testimony.
- dpatterbee 2y agoThe damage is done by these systems long before any courts get involved.
- moron4hire 2y agoCourt dates can be a long time after the initial arrest. Some people have been held months to years in pre-court jail, even after they've been cleared of any wrong doing, because they can't afford the release fee. But even a few days could lose you your job, your kids if you're a single parent, your car or housing if you miss a payment, etc.
