What is the evidence?
- ipnon 2y agoThere is no evidence. Because the defendants have remained anonymous, the court issues what’s called a “default judgment.” Essentially this means that since the defendants’ did not present their case, the court is obliged to accept the plaintiffs’ case as-is.
