- Log_out_ 2y agoShould we blame the government or blame society or blame the capitalisation of the industry? Blame Man&Crew, blame man&crew, its the cheapest, earliest out of responsibility .. So my cluedo guess, the maintenance crew in the hangar,with the wrench? Would be interesting if such safety relevant jobs got a head&bodycam policy so company policies and state of plane could be reviewed.
