People who enjoy believing their fate is out of their control will do anything to maintain that belief and see their whole lives through that lens. Personally, it’s more fun to think that I’m the one in control of my fate so I choose to live that way. And it turns out when I do that, I end up in control of my fate. It’s crazy how that works.
