I feel like a significantly more context-aware autocomplete could go a long way here, most SQL editors are approaching 72% garbage. It should be possible to make an educated guess at which tables are in play. Elsewhere I mentioned always fully qualifying entity references which would narrow the list of possibilities down to a more workable number in most cases.
