- arp242 2y agoI think the point that was being made is "if you hire HTML/CSS people, then don't make them monkeys that are only allowed to blindly follow instructions, but involve them in the process and treat them as professionals". Or at least, that's how I read it anyway. So basically, I think you agree with the previous poster?
