Palworld vs Nintendo

As a programmer and game maker myself I'm on the side of Palworld. This isn't the first time Nintendo sued and bullied other games only to drag it out when they can't win so ruin the company. The issues on patenting game mechanics have always been critizised but this case has opened a lot of people's eyes on this issue. If they were doing this in America I wouldn't be as worried but it's in Japan so I'm extremely worried about it. Sadly on more popular sites the takes on this is dog water.
