Shipping batteries can be tricky since a lot of couriers treat them as hazardous material. But if there's enough demand in the future, we’ll look into other options for offering replacements. - Yes, the Fydetab Duo can run without a battery! We’ve tested it, so it’s definitely something you could use for DIY projects if that’s what you’re thinking. - And yep, our firmware does support libinput, so you're covered there. - As for dual booting, the easiest method at the moment is to flash another Linux OS onto a MicroSD card and boot from that. We’ve successfully dual-booted Arch and FydeOS using UEFI, and we’re looking into making dual booting from the internal eMMC possible in the future.
