I would even consider it as the largest part. It brings ideas, funding, spreading of your ideas, access to institutional research grants/projects, industry contacts, and more.
- Blahah 2y agoAgreed! It also brings friendships, new ways of thinking and framing, inspiration, and the opportunity to give and receive support - to discover how much you can matter, and the good you can do.
- dkga 2y agoCompletely second that and the parent comment! Not to mention it’s a good way to have an excuse for a glass of champagne or wine when you finally meet remote co-authors.
