Very nice to see this, especially in relation to Apple design. I use the similarity between the work of Dieter Rams and Apple's Jonathan Ives to illustrate the difference between homage, appropriation and 'ripping off'. I am cagey about where I stand on Ives but the students come to their own opinions.
