It's a brand new product, hence I think there is no trademark involved here.
- ChrisMarshallNY 2y agoWell...there are some kinds of trademarks, especially in the design world, that can be tricky. For example, I believe that Harley-Davidson has trademarked their exhaust sound, and I think that Google, Ferrari and McLaren have trademarked colors.
