Getting Russia to give up on an invasion is a reasonable goal. Afghanistan and Vietnam "defeated" the US with the same objective, so it's far from impossible.

- toomuchtodo 2y agoAnd the US was far more resourced than Russia currently is. If Ukraine can keep up with attacks on Russian petroleum infra into winter, it could permanently shut a material amount of their production capacity for years.
