I had to Google Kovid Goyal. Ok, so he has a PhD related to quantum computing and he is the maintainer of two open source systems. Those are admirable accomplishments. But ... to compare him with Einstein or Hawkings? That might be realistic when physicists study his papers and bestow him with that accolade. Until then, I think he deserves respect for his contributions, but not over the top comparisons. As for the snarky responses to demands by some entitled users. It is open source, you get what you didn't pay for. If you don't like it, then don't use it. No wonder some veteran open source maintainers have burnt out and abandoned their projects.
