- ahazred8ta 2y agoNope. "Balls Out" is from the ball weights on the centrifugal governor on a steam engine at high speed. "Balls To The Wall" is from the ballshaped tactile markers on aircraft engine throttle levers, pushed forward toward the cockpit firewall.
