Love all the work going into passkey syncing, just need Google, Apple, and Microsoft to work together on enabling sync between ecosystems at the platform level (for both daily driving across platforms and vaulting).

    > just need Google, Apple, and Microsoft to work together on enabling sync between ecosystems at the platform level I don't think this will ever happen.

Google Takeout will automatically export to my Dropbox on a schedule, so not without precedent. Agree it’s unlikely, hopes and dreams.

I don't care that I can sync from one Google thing to another. I want the ability to sync a passkey from Google to something totally FOSS like KeePassXC.

I also want to be able to export my passkeys to a format that is not technology dependent. Ideally I'd be able to physically print them out and put them in a safe for my family.
