    Can you elaborate? You mean human agents, or you are agreeing to what I'm saying here (Agents are just the same as any old backend API for practical purposes, as they can do the same things)

      If you also think you described an agent yes, we agree here. There is no mystery on what's an agent, just a bunch of ifs and elses connected to a DB.
