- ivanpenchev 2y agoThank you for posting your comment. The Chrome extension is free and does not require you to create any additional accounts. It currently integrates with Zendesk, Help Scout and HelpCenter.io with more providers coming soon. If you mean you have to purchase a subscription for the knowledge base, yes, in that sense, it is not free but the actual extension is completely free. Its purpose is to make it easy to access your existing knowledge base from anywhere and integrate it with OpenAI, if you wish. Is there a free knowledge base provider with you would like to see supported?
