Ask HN: What are the legal implications of recording my voice interviews?
I want to use these recordings to gauge how I improve in my interviewing.
- JohnFen 2y agoThis very much depends on what jurisdiction you're in. You should consult an attorney for advice about this. That said, it's pretty safe to say that if you've obtained informed consent from the other party to record, then it's OK to record.
