I can't find anything on the page - does this mean Sliding Sync is now part of Synapse proper, without the proxy being needed?
I can't test right now myself, maybe somebody else knows.
- preya2k 2y agoYes, it's included (and enabled by default) since v1.114.0, which came out 3 weeks ago. It's a modified version of Sliding Sync (called Simplified Sliding Sync), but it works just the same. So you can deprecate/shut down existing sliding sync proxies.
