I think the biggest culprit behind rent inflation isn't companies like RealPage (evil as they may be), nor landlords, but homeowners. Who vote for laws that make housing harder to build.
- bagels 2y agoIt's the only rational thing to do to the next generation as our parents did to us. As a homeowner when you've already been forced to pay a tremendous premium to own a house, you are not going to want to have the value of that asset decrease.
