That's too bad. I worked at a shop that used it from 2014-2018 and I really liked it. Seemed to have an opinionated yet quite simple and low-friction Scrum/Agile oriented workflow. I personally liked that about it. I got the impression you could skip the story points and stuff if you just wanted a basic ticket tracker.
