I dunno if anyone's ever told you this, but one of the symptoms of ADHD is executive dysfunction which causes extreme difficulty in dealing with deferred rewards, especially if discomfort is involved.
- dennis_jeeves2 2y agoThen I'd say that there is very little hope. The discomfort can be extreme when one gives up carbs to a point where one could could be bed ridden for a few days. The addictive characteristics of carbs resemble narcotic drugs.
