Let's reiterate it then - many Russians emigrated to nearby Russian friendly countries to avoid conscription. This did not necessary happen because of their views. And even when their views are against the current government, these are not necessary against the Russian imperialism, like has been proven way too many times with multiple prominent examples like Navalny.
