I'm a landlord and I would love this. Here's what I need it to do:
1. List property on MLS.
2. Be able to run credit checks.
3. Is there anything it can do to make checking references easier?
- thematt 14y agoNot just credit checks, but background checks as well would be valuable.
- jshkol 14y agoThank you both. We are currently looking for the best possible partner to provide credit checks directly through Rentobo. One of our top criteria is finding a partner who can provide a complete tenant screen (credit check, background check, and eviction screen). In keeping with our core values we are also committed to making the screens available with as little work on the part of the landlord as possible. Please keep an eye on our blog or FB/Twitter feed for an update once we have that relationship in place.
- jshkol 14y agotocomment- We have been exploring some options to make checking references easier. Many larger landlords use a Reference Verification form that they ask references to complete. One strategy would be to create an online version of that form. At this point we're trying to gauge landlord interest.
