- d0gsg0w00f 2y agoYes, but it's a huge strain on senior workforce. A summer intern becomes a curse where no work gets done because you're trying to actively include digitally what's being done for free via office osmosis.
- srockets 2y agoPart of senior engineer’s role is to lift other ICs up. It’s one of the highest ROI things you can do.
