- sokoloff 2y agoIn over 20 years of managing people, I’ve never once had that thought. I may have a dual motive for wishing for you to “get well soon”, but even that is majority personal.
- dbtablesorrows 2y agoHow does leave policy work in your companies? Where I work you can use that leaves quota for something else (i.e taking a vacation). So its gonna "cost money" the same way.
