Just did it myself today. Personally it was fairly easy using the standard reset UI through settings over doing a full recovery wipe. 1. Upgrade to Sequoia 2

Just did it myself today. Personally it was fairly easy using the standard reset UI through settings over doing a full recovery wipe. 1. Upgrade to Sequoia 2. "Erase all Content and Settings" from Settings.
