I can't tell from your reply if you agree this is the job of management or if you think managers can't do this off on average.
- s1artibartfast 2y agoNot OP, but I think most manages genuinely struggle with this because it is hard. Im not sure what the solution is. Perhaps they need to double the pay for management to hire folks who can tell the difference?
