I'm on liraglutide (Saxenda) for 2 months, can't get semaglutide (Ozempic) in my country without being diagnosed with diabetes Anyway. Food cravings gone, I was eating like 10 times a day before that. At least, but sometimes even more. Now I'm on intermittent fasting/OMAD and has 0 problems. No hunger, no cravings. Feeling significantly better. Lost 30 pounds so far.
