I can't believe there isn't a proper AI personal assistant out by now

I want something that reads my emails, calendars and reminders, something that I inform about my projects, plans and dreams, and it helps me break down the tasks and tells me what to work on this week, today, and right now. I know Motion, but it still needs me to manually enter a TODO list. I want a tool that figures out my TODO list and NAGS me about it.
