I remember the first company I worked for. We had many different offices around the city and nearby cities. In every office we had several HP printers, same model. Everything worked fine until HP pushed an updated and on the same day, all the printers stopped working due the ink cartridges not being HP. We then bought Brother printers with laser instead of ink and as far as I know, they are still working right now after maybe 10 years. Lesson learned.
